The Turtle AV Boardroom Buddy HDMI TX — 4K60 HDBaseT Transmitter sits at the presenter end of a meeting room AV installation, accepting an HDMI 2.0b video source and transmitting it at 4K60 4:4:4 alongside USB 3.2 Gen 1 data at up to 2.5Gbps over a single CAT6a cable run. At the display end, the paired Boardroom Buddy HDMI RX connects to the display and provides USB-A and USB-C ports for room peripherals — returning USB data back to the presenter's device without a second cable. The transmitter passes the full signal chain transparently: HDCP 2.3, resolutions from 480i to 5120×2160, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 8/10/12-bit colour, and all audio formats including Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD. A 3.5mm analogue audio output at the transmitter de-embeds LPCM 2CH for local monitoring, RS-232 integrates with AV control, and 24V PoC on the RJ45 powers the receiver over the CAT cable.
