The Vision Control Module the Techconnect Control puts the end user at the centre of AV system design. It is what control should be for end users: simple.
Key Features
- Modes: Activate learning mode by holding down buttons 3 and 4.
- Digital Signage Shutoff: An onboard clock allows you to create schedules. For instance, trigger the automatic shutdown of digital signage in a store every night.
- Cloud Software: New browser-based programming software uses the same simple approach, but adds many features.
- Pronto Compatible: You can import pronto formatted IR codes.
- Crowd-Sourcing: If an AV installer adds new codes to the software library that work, everyone will have access to those codes.
- IR Learning: IR codes can be added by using the original remote pointed at the back of the module, or by copying and pasting the code in the software.
- 2 x IR Emitters: On the rear of the module are two IR ports.
- 2 x RS-232: On the rear of the module are two RS-232 ports. It comes with a short 9-pin serial cable which plugs into the phoenix port on the Control. This device this only sends codes, and does not read them.
- 12v Trigger: For activating relay devices with a 12v (2.4w) trigger voltage, such as motorised projection screens.
- Multi-Action Buttons: Each button can transmit multiple codes, of multiple types. So for example pressing the ON button can send commands to all AV devices simultaneously.
